Where to go
- Your nearest Ayushman Arogya Mandir (health and wellness centre)
- Or a government hospital
- Your ASHA worker can tell you when and where
What they check
- Mouth: everyone aged 30 and above
- Breast: women aged 30 to 65
- Cervix: women aged 30 to 65
- Also blood pressure and sugar
Take with you
- An ID card
- Any old reports
- A list of medicines you take
